Tuna mushroom noodle dish

Ingredients

2 to 3 celery stalks, chopped

½ small onion finely diced

¼ red bell pepper

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 can mushroom soup

cup milk

1 can tuna

salt and pepper

cooked noodles or rice

Directions

Sauté celery, onions, and peppers in oil until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more. Add tuna, soup and milk. Stir to mix evenly and heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over noodles or rice.
